06/28/2020 the movie that ruined the series for me and a slap to the face to fans, they changed all the voice actors which the new one sound horrible and nothing like them. yes i have a personal beef with this movie See more 04/17/2014 Good story. Horrible voice acting. See more 07/14/2013 More like an extended episode than a movie. It was nice to see Misty back for once, though everyone's voice actor is different nowadays. The premise was pretty limited (dude creates system to generate the perfect Pokemon, turns out it's Mewtwo, derp), but not horrible. Obviously it's aimed much more at the kiddie demographic, but the whole time I kept asking myself why they don't either shoot the asshole or get their Pokemon to flash-fry him or destroy his remote since the Mirage Pokemon are invincible. Some terrible logic going on here. See more 02/28/2013 It feels cheap, like a straight to DVD sequel. The least they could have done was use the same voice actors from the show! See more 05/13/2012 The sudden change in the voice cast and writing came completely out of nowhere, and is a really big tun-off for long-time fans of the series (like myself). Despite the return of characters like Misty and Prof. Oak for this movie, The Mastermind of Mirage Pokemon is the series' weakest effort since Pokemon Heroes, and is the only Pokemon movie I don't look forward to watching again. See more 04/17/2012 This special was outstanding! It was exciting, thrilling and epic. It's a great addition to the Pokemon world. See more Read all reviews
