05/30/2011 Fairly informative documentary on the history of pinball within one company's lifetime. See more 04/04/2010 Tilt: The Battle to Save Pinball is a really interesting documentary on how Williams the pinball machine maker tried to build a new revolutionary pinball machine, and succeeded. Only to be shut down eventually by their corporate overlords. A rather sad tale of the old being overtaken by the new, even though the old tried to innovate. See more 10/21/2009 Good documentary with tons of bonus features See more 05/10/2009 This documentary is a tragedy as it chronicles the last-ditch attempt by a group of Pinball Wizards to save the pinball division at Williams. Pinball 2000 was born...only to live a short life before retiring the assembly line to new [and profitable] WMS slot machines. The film itself is great, but the 8-hours of extras on the DVD are even better...providing a history of pinball, the methods of design, and the economics of it all. Highly recommended! See more 12/06/2008 It's short and to the point, but I'll be damned if Tilt doesn't give you a wealth of information about the death of the pinball industry while at the same time telling you an amazing story about the last ditch effort to save it ten years back.
