isla s 09/02/2022 This is a very quirky film, with a strong sense of 80s nostalgia. There's quite an emphasis on artificial colours and lighting. I was surprised to find the final scene somewhat touching. I suppose in a way I could relate to the whole aspect of harking back to better, happier times. I can't deny the collector in me felt somewhat jealous of his VHS collection. There are one or two amusing moments but I wouldn't call it an all-out comedy film as such. If you like quirky, indie world cinema, then I would recommend this film, yes. See more 11/07/2020 An interesting distraction. Some scenes paying tribute to the 80's horror genre were a nice touch.
