Omar Elba is fantastic as the driver, him and Tom Hanks have a fun buddy-buddy chemistry. The story overall plays it safe, though the ending has a little twist you don't see coming. Solid 3/5.

As an expat working in Arabia, the business culture aspects & relations between locals and westerners is spot on and hilarious! As someone who has never worked in this part of the world, you won't get 85% of the humor & cultural references.

Slow and not saying much for most of the movie. The only thing worthwhile was the taxi driver (funny), Sarita Choudhury (nice, but smallish part), and only Tom Hanks who almost could do no wrong with any part. Still, it was the story/script that was a near failure. Snore.

Surly not one of the best movies I saw but I really enjoy the Saudi-Arabien Atmosphere with all it's modern world problems. Tom Hanks acting was nothing special but also not bad. Still something catches me that I want to see this film more than once. 3,5/5 Stars
