David J G @RT89083761 2d The premise that a man can be pickled for 100 years and come to life is ridiculous but amusing; the preposterous progress of the main character is also ridiculous but somewhat entertaining. Religion and family have been slowly moved out of the picture and the consequences that come from it. Also how much peace comes back into our lives when we do pick back up the mantle of religious beliefs and bringing them back to a family setting. I have to say again how much I love this movie the more I think of it. A comedy was the best way to bring to life how our society has grown over time. See more Read all reviews
