Logan Bushaw Mar 27 MORE RE-RELEASES PLEASE See more rylee Mar 23 i love this movie so much. 🤍 See more RichardAB @PoorDearRichard 3d Donnie Darko (2001) is a darkly captivating, mind-bending journey through adolescence, time, and mental fragility—but only watch this if you like psychological films, because there’s a lot to think about. Jake Gyllenhaal is magnetic as Donnie, navigating a world that’s part suburban normalcy, part surreal nightmare. The film blends psychological drama, sci-fi, and subtle horror with eerie precision. Jake Gyllenhaal is a superb actor, proving why he’s such a big star—has he ever made a flop? Personally, this one wasn’t memorable for me. The acting is excellent, but the story went way over my head; I even had to ask ChatGPT to explain the ending. Not an easy watch, but endlessly intriguing—a strange, haunting experience that stays with you long after the credits roll. See more Zoe B @Peeker 4d A wonderful Original film without being too obscure. Music is spot on and acting pulls you deep into the story line. Make sure to watch both theatrical and ‘s cuts.
