Although the film isn't original and will likely be forgettable for many people, Emma Stone delivers a magnificent performance that showcases her versatility. It's interesting how the script captivatingly unfolds a story with outrageous sarcasm. Olive learns a hard lesson the hard way, one that will surely resonate with young people: everyone else isn't always right... even if you have to accept some pretty shameless things to understand it. I often wondered: can't they really be a little more rational? Well, that's the point: we seek approval with blind faith.

Wtf is this movie? Does any part of the story actually happens in reality?. This movie has a pro-304 under tone. And what was the necessity to portray Christians in a bad light? What actual purpose did it serve to any part of the story? Guess what? the director is "them". Hope it all makes sense now.

The beginning is very strong with some very funny pieces of dialogue: "There is a higher power that will judge you for your indecency." " Tom Cruise?" And: "I hope you at least had the good sense to use protection ". "Why? Your parents didn’t." Then it gets somewhat less interesting. Emma Stone gives a very good performance throughout. Maybe it’s my age, but I thought the music was consistently crappy. Inventive introductory and end credits.

In case you're wondering, no, this movie is not overrated.It's actually flat out bad.And in care for the acting, I didn't like Emma Stone in the movie. It was very predictable, just not a good movie it's not even an overrated movie.It's just a flat out bad film
