Slow moving. I liked the main characters, and the soundtrack is great. Less exciting than Contracted and It Follows, but along the same lines. I enjoyed it, but Lace Crater will never require a second viewing.

I love strange and quirky independent films that are deeper than their premise, who challenge you and provoke conversation, like good art should, but I can't stand boring and pretentious films such as this. Textbook example of great idea, poor execution.
