Tom Q @RT32149019 01/02/2025 The 8% rating here for "Rio..." is ridiculous. Are the critics blind, and dumb... 8% is simply vindictive and unfair. This is a supremely well- made well-acted well-directed movie which captivates interests provokes entertains enchants from the very first scenes. The first story of the homeless old woman is beautiful, the story of the sand-sculptor listening to the music of people's feet passing is so clever, and Harvey Keitel playing Jesus to a lively street kid is a gem. And there is so much more... The movie is full of gorgeous settings and people. Rio itself is a star that shines. The movie makes me want to go there... Go see "Rio, I love you..."...
