...if you've already seen The Sandlot, and that would be almost everyone, you may be disappointed that so very little of anything new has been added. Go to Full Review

Certainly funny, charming, and sincere enough to earn a solid B+ from the Sandlot-faithful. (And there are lots of us!) Go to Full Review

Blake- N @PBSAniDom 4d The Sandlot 2 is a sequel that falls somewhere in the middle for me. It’s not terrible, but it never reaches the charm, heart, or memorable feeling of the original film. Some moments are enjoyable, but a lot of it feels too familiar. The movie does have a light and fun atmosphere that younger audiences may enjoy, and the baseball scenes still carry some energy. However, many of the characters and story beats feel like weaker copies of what worked before. Overall, The Sandlot 2 is an average sequel with a few decent moments, but it lacks the magic that made the first movie special. It’s watchable, just not very memorable. I rate it a 5/10. See more thiago S @Thiagostone Apr 2 Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom See more Caz M @CazMartino Feb 17 This movie tries to rehash the original. It does some new things, but badly. See more Nicholas G @RT81402500 Jun 18 Not the same level as the first one See more Millie M @RT31946364 03/06/2025 So, this film was good I liked that it was a co-ed team playing on the sandlot field. My only problem that I noticed while watching this film was that it was the exact copy of the first movie. In my opinion, I felt like I was watching the original sandlot, but with different characters and personalities. While I was watching it, I can see that it was the copy of the first one, by hearing the lines, the movements, and the same characters, and the same scenes but in different concept. See more Francisco C @RT30639470 01/30/2025 It's the same movie as the previous one, they didn't even try to change the script or the characters. I don't know if it was on purpose or with of some peculiarity, but that takes away all the originality from the movie. See more Read all reviews
