Helicopter pilot Colter Stevens (Jake Gyllenhaal) is part of a top-secret military operation that enables him to experience the last few minutes in the life of Sean Fentress, a man who died in a commuter-train explosion. The purpose of Colter's mission is to learn the identity of the bomber and prevent a similar catastrophe. As Colter lives Sean's final moments, he becomes more certain that he can prevent the first tragedy from occurring -- as long as he doesn't run out of time.

Ultimately, Source Code makes good on its Hitchcockian opening sequence -- it may pale in comparison to the master, but it's a fun, puzzle-filled ride, with excellent pacing and a mounting uneasiness that recalls the best episodes of The Twilight Zone.

Source Code is a fun sci-fi thriller that has a great cast that delivers good performances. This film has good suspense even when the science behind the plot of the movie seems muddled at times with the rules it sets in the movie and when the ending totally ignores the rules it spent the whole movie setting up and established to get the happy ending. With that said this is still very enjoyable movie that I think is worth seeing. I did watch the Blu-ray disc and it had a solid HD picture. The movie isn't for hard core sci-fi fans. However the cast make the movie intriguing enough to keep you interested. Worth the watch.

Sean Fentress is doomed in every version of events, either he dies in the train explosion, or he quietly ceases to exist after falling asleep and having his body overtaken by Colter Stevens.

Not what I expected from the description and image. But an ingenious plot with good characters (acting, that is) and intense unexpected events made this one of the best movies I'd seen in a while. Not your typical sci-fi flic!

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom
