See more Par H @Parhwy 5d The Divine Fury (2019) is a 129-minute-long South Korean action/horror/thriller I hired from my local library which I saw in May 2026. I have three criticisms of this film: one is a personal issue and the other two are filmic. The personally based criticism is that I am an atheist, and this film takes religiosity too seriously. That’s on me. I love Constantine so go figure. The film-based criticisms. First, this film is 20 minutes too long. Scenes lack economy. All of them. Second. The bad guys can time/place shift yet in the final battle the Dark Bishop does not use that technique. Aiyaiyai. That said, one of my fav scenes is where a bad guy time/place shifts in a carpark, it’s brief yet brilliant. Rewatch? No. Recommend? No. 5/10.
