Fired from the National Security Agency, Frans Balder recruits hacker Lisbeth Salander to steal Firewall, a computer program that can access codes for nuclear weapons worldwide. The download soon draws attention from an NSA agent who traces the activity to Stockholm. Further problems arise when Russian thugs take Lisbeth's laptop and kidnap a math whiz who can make Firewall work. Now, Lisbeth and an unlikely ally must race against time to save the boy and recover the codes to avert disaster.

A obra carrega o peso de uma trajetória iniciada na trilogia sueca de 2009, estrelada por Noomi Rapace — composta por Os Homens que Não Amavam as Mulheres, A Menina que Brincava com Fogo e A Rainha do Castelo de Ar. Depois veio a versão hollywoodiana de 2011 dirigida por David Fincher, com Rooney Mara e Daniel Craig. Este reboot/continuação é, até hoje, o último capítulo da saga nos cinemas — e talvez o mais voltado para o entretenimento de ação, com ecos claros do cinema de espionagem à la 007. Nota: 6

Brilliant! The intro is, as the one before, a work of art in itself. Still complex enough with drama, suspense, twists and heaps of action. Fast moving and very engaging. Very good cinematography and brought to screen in a admirable fashion. Intelligently written and whole cast succeeds in character, very convincingly.

I don't want to compare it to the previous movies about it. But having read all the books I'm not gonna say anything bad about this.its supposed to be fun.it touches on her abuse and shows her skills.

Story is everything and your telling me now that Lisbeth Salander has a twin sister who runs a criminal organization who is now framing Lisbeth who is already famous as a murderer.......if you never saw previous films you will love this film and if you saw the others you will be like me and wish they never made this film.......we went from realistic franchise to a modern superhero franchise.
