After the recent death of their father, two estranged sisters find themselves being stalked by a malevolent being known as The Jester. Revealing himself to be more than just a man in a mask, the evil entity begins to further torment the inhabitants of this small town on Halloween night. The path to defeating this unholy monster lies with the two sisters who realize that the only way to survive is to figure out how to right the wrongs of their dark past.

With nearly a decade of shorts in the book, The Jester finally gets a showcase. The result is a mixed bag. It showcases Krawchuk’s talent as a visual storyteller but stumbles with disconnected kills.

42 minutes into the movie and only three people have died whoch is super lame for a slasher. It’s such a bad Terrifier rip off. The actors are soooo bad but you can’t even dog on them too much cause the writing is some of the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. The only good thing about this movie is that it’s so bad that you just laugh your ass off watching it. EVEN THEN there’s so much emptiness in the writing and directing that sometimes you sit and watch people talk about stupid stuff that doesn’t matter. ITS. SO. BORING. The beginning of the movie was my favorite part cause that is when you can turn it off without wasting too much of your time.

Boring, very amateur. Bad acting. The killer, with the Black phone mask and the Art the Clown vibe, is the only decent performer, and that's cause he is silent.

It’s not the worst horror knockoff out there, but it’s also a reminder that slapping greasepaint on a silent slasher doesn’t magically make lightning strike twice like Terrifier. He is more like Temu Art the Clown with a cool mask.
