I’ll start with the good and why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. The costume designs - predators always have good designs. They are intricately designed. From their helmets, gauntlets and then even down to their hair type and feet. The bad - the acting. Sterling Brown - the antagonist, was bad. Olivia Munns character had some really pointless dialogue and bad jokes. The writers squeezed in throwback scripting from the original predator and you get the Baxley/Coyle relationship similar to the Mac/Blaine relationship. They needed to make this movie stand on its own and it failed. It was such an eye roll to hear so may references. I’ll be fine not watching it again.

One of the worst "action movies" i have seen. It ruined the Predator franchise for me the way that Batman Forever and Batman and Robin killed the amazing dark tone of their franchise. It was so bad that i can barely finish it. And this is coming from someone that loves the original two, prey, and the animated entry (having seen the newest one Badlands).

A sniper sees a Predator during his deployment and the government sends him to the looney bin where he puts together a team to go save his son. The gene-splicing storyline and comical acting make this movie feels like a parody, definitely the worst in the franchise.
