Sam Witwicky and his new girlfriend, Carly, join the fray when the evil Decepticons renew their longstanding war against the Autobots. Optimus Prime believes that resurrecting ancient Transformer Sentinel Prime, once the leader of the Autobots, may lead to victory. That decision, however, has devastating consequences. So how does Michael Bay justify making a third? Why, by making the film a little dense as to plot, and giving it perhaps the longest climax ever in Hollywood history.

There ought to be a way to make a live-action film about giant shapeshifting robots that's either a) fun or b) awesome... It's blatantly evident that Bay can only just about manage b) long enough to provide the shots needed to cut into a trailer.

Never mind the ridiculous subtitle. It's really just a precursor for what is to come from the rest of the movie. And Transformers: Dark of the Moon doesn't even try to play down its idiocy.

Are we forgetting compelling humans actors in this? Apparently so, but you won't find one intelligent or compelling in "Transformers: Dark of the Moon." They are all thin, dumb, and forgettable.

The worst of the 3, I can't even watch this in one sitting it's so bad. So many people on here have horrible taste, don't know good writing or are paid for their reviews, because anything over 3 stars makes no sense for this junk.

I had always heard great things about this movie but figured it was overrated or overhyped. But after finally watching it, it 100% lived up to the hype. It's not without its flaws though. The biggest one is the overuse of humans. There are sequences where the Transformers are off doing their own things and we're focused on humans! Why can't we just watch the Transformers in the Transformers movie! I also wish Megatron had more to do. He kinda just shows up periodically, drops a menacing line, then becomes irrelevant 'til the final throw down between him, Optimus, and Sentinel Prime. My final complaint is Ken Jeong's character and how annoying he was. Good actor, horrible character. Not a tear was shed when he died. Other than those 3 things, this movie rocks! It takes the best elements from the first 2 movies and gives us the best of both worlds. A more interesting plot like the first movie, but still keeps the fantastic action and fight sequences from the 2nd. Definitely worth watchin

This movie was trash. I never thought I would miss Megan Fox but here we are. The new actress was terrible...I wasn't convinced. She had no chemistry with Sam. Also Sam was a whiny entitled bih for the first part of the movie which was so annoying. Omg I saw the "plot twists" a mile away. The best part was the fight between the autobots and decepticons. This movie was way too long. When I check the time and still have an hour and a half I know it's a boring me.

Synopsis
