See more Claudio C @Claudio666 May 25 Ultrasound (2021) Do Not Give up Watching Because of the Confusing Beginning – The Film is Excellent (11,714 –24 May 2025 – by Claudio Carvalho) While driving on the road during a heavy rainy night, Glen (Vincent Kartheiser) runs his car over a spike strip and has two flat tires. He seeks help in a nearby house and is welcomed by the owner, Art (Bob Stephenson). He introduces his wife Cyndi (Chelsea Lopez) and invites Glen to spend the night in his house. They drink and Art convinces Glen to spend the night with Cindy. Feeling embarrassed, Cindy explains him that Art was her English teacher and now uses antidepressants and lost sex drive. Some time later, Alt visits Glen unexpectedly and tells that Cindy is pregnant and claims that he is the father. Glen is reluctant to visit her, but Cindy leaves Art and moves to Glen’s home. When Cindy is ready to go to the hospital, they become patients at a psychiatric facility, and Glen has paralyzed legs. Dr. Shannon (Breeda Wool) has sessions with them under the supervision of Dr. Conners (Tunde Adebimpe), who is researching hypnotic technology through sound frequencies. Soon she learns that Dr. Conners and Alt were partners in the beginning of the research, and Glen and Cindy have implanted suggestions in the beginning, but then Alt went rogue. Meanwhile, Alt is using the same technology with the beautiful Katie (Rainey Qualley), who is the pregnant lover of Senator Harris (Chris Gartin) that is running the elections, with political intentions. What is true and what is reality? “Ultrasound” (2021) is one of the best sci-fi thrillers that I have recently seen. The most ironic thing is that my wife and I almost stopped watching it since the story was very confusing. But it is very difficult for me stop watching a movie, unless it is very unbearable, and fortunately we continued watching “Ultrasound”. When the mystery is disclosed, it is shown that the film is great, and all the actions have an explanation. The performances are great, and I dare to say that the movie slightly recalls “Matrix”, since the viewer and the characters do not know what reality is and what is not real. If I may give some advice. I would say: “Do not give up watching with the confusing beginning – the film is excellent. My vote is eight.
